Kirk Sheppard, who had some wonderful things to say in his review of A Streetcar Named Desire last fall, has recently posted his annual “Sappie Awards” blog feature, in which he delivers his recap of the 2014-15 Cincinnati theatre season, including plenty of praise for Streetcar. Cincinnati Enquirer critic David Lyman had opined that it was “hard to imagine that when the end of the season rolls that this production won’t be firmly ensconced on the best-productions list.” The Sappie Critic seems to concur!
